All SOLA members will sit on the Outdoor Learning Committee and therefore have a voice regarding current affairs and best practice currently present within the sector. Members will vote for three committee leaders who will take a direct approach in setting three annual targets for the year. Each committee leader will focus on a streamlined objective and action plan for each target. This will set the stage for further committee meetings, will include feedback, key objectives and progress from these targets.

 

In taking a collaborative approach and focussing direct action we will ensure that our message is clear, professional and constructive.

 

We will be pulling on the strengths and connections of our members to ensure that this collaborative and organised message in directed correctly to ensure we are met with constructive  conversations and the necessary outcomes of our work.
